Naughty baby

Oh Scarlett, you are doing things at such a faster pace than I am used too. It’s breaking my heart. I am so afraid she’s going to fall out of her crib I had to lower it down today and need to do it again. She is one determined little lady.

Grandma Perry

We got to see some of Joe’s cousins tonight that we have not seen for awhile. She was in town from Texas for Christmas. We also got to see Grandma Perry. I Just adore her. She is so sweet to Joe and I. I always have to capture as many pictures as possible

9 best of 2017

My top 9 Instagram favorites! It’s not surprise that Scarlett stole the show. She’s the best thing of 2017. We are all just completely smitten with her. It’s been the craziest, fastest year ever. We are so glad she’s apart of our family!

Classic photos

My cousin, Corie sent these to me and I sent them to my Mom. It’s fun to look back and see these old photos. I particularly love the ones of my Grandma.

Sledding at Grandma and Grandpa J's

The boys have wanted to go sledding at grandma and grandpa Jeppson’s for so long. Finally we got snow so their wishes came true. Scarlett had a rough Christmas Day so I stayed home with her so she could sleep. Dad went over with the boys and Jennifer and her kids came up. They had a lot of fun. Even grandma went down the hill and she totally ate it. She’s a good sport.

Scarlett’s first Christmas

Our sweet girl had a pretty good day. She had a major meltdown at my parents home and was screaming and crying. She’s literally never acted liked that and Joe and I both had to switch back and forth to get her to calm down. She ended up having a terrible diaper and she was burnt pretty bad. Once we got a little bit of food in her she calmed down a bit.
I got two sets of jammies because I cannot help myself. I loved these plaid ones and had to get them both sets. I am a major sucker for plaid, especially these color combinations.

Christmas morning 2017

We had a wonderful Christmas morning I hardly slept I was so anxious. Joe and I were up until 1:00am. Jax woke up first at 7:30. The kids were thrilled and so excited. It made it so fun, and I am so happy. I love this little family of mine.

Santa Claus has come

I think we have been waiting for this day forever. They boys are so excited and can hardly stand it. Madden asks constantly when do I get my presents?? I have had things wrapped and hidden for awhile now. Joe and I are most excited about this motorcycle. I cannot wait to see their faces in the morning! Jax will be so ticked he can’t ride it yet.

Snuggles

Oh my babies, I love when they want to snuggle, especially watch them snuggle with their daddy! Saturday was a nice relaxing day and Madds passed out and Scarlett was laying on him and he had no clue.

Frosty

The other day we got a little bit of snow and the boys were dying to play in it. Jax made a cute snowman and spent a ton of time outside making his snowman just right. He named it “frosty” and only “frosty”! He’s been checking on it daily to make sure it’s okay. He makes me so happy!

Christmas Jammies

One of my most favorite Christmas traditions is Christmas jammies. I know I have a lot of favorites but this is one of them. I will make them match as long as I possibly can. The kids were really excited to open them and were really good sports about wearing them and posing for my pictures. Once Jax found out they were from chip and Joanna Gaines from fixer upper Jax was even more excited.

Christmas at the Jeppsons’

We always spend Christmas Eve with the Jeppsons’. We had a wonderful time and had a lot of fun re in acting the nativity. I was Mary, Jax was Joseph, Madden was a shepherd and Joe was a donkey. We had a lot of fun and the kids were all such good sports. Grandma and Grandpa J soiled is all and we are so thankful.

Christmas Eve church

We had church today and had a wonderful meeting. I love hearing the choir sing and testify of our savior. He’s the reason we celebrate his wonderful time of year and I wish I could bottle up these feelings and save them with me for the entire year. I am thankful to him and for loving and dying for us. He knows all, and we are so lucky to have that peace and comfort.
